RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assign responsibilities to sales workers and create effective work schedules.
• Ensuring staff are trained and motivated to exceed sales targets on a weekly/monthly basis.
• Take charge of ordering products both for in-store inventory and online sales, showcasing your keen eye for anticipating customer needs.
• Authorize payments and oversee merchandise returns, ensuring accurate financial transactions.
• Address and resolve various issues, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
• Engage with customers, providing personalized assistance to drive sales and create memorable shopping interactions.
• Implement creative and effective pricing techniques that capture customer interest and maximize sales potential.
• Uphold visual standards by overseeing store displays, signage, and cleanliness.
• Opening the store punctually and closing the store making sure the till is balanced.
• Contribute to our online presence by actively participating in online marketing initiatives, such as weekly email blasts, blog posts, social media posts, and improving our google business listing.
• Travel between stores if necessary

JOB REQUIREMENTS, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• College degree, preferably in Business or strong store sales management experience within retail environment.
• 1-3 years of experience in the administrative or retail environment. Prior sales and marketing or industry experience preferred.
• Must be a fashion, sportswear or footwear enthusiast.
• Must be able to multitask & manage time independently.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening, weekend and holiday shifts.
• Experience in data analysis and building Excel reports.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
