About the Role
We are hiring a compassionate Home Support Worker to provide care and support to individuals in a residential setting.

This position is a great opportunity for youth in Canada who meet the qualifications and are interested in gaining experience in healthcare and community support services.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)
Support mobility and daily living activities
Prepare meals and assist with feeding
Provide companionship and emotional support
Perform light housekeeping
Monitor health condition and report changes

Requirements
Caregiver certificate (3 months to 1 year program) or equivalent
1 to 2 years of relevant work experience
Patient, reliable, and compassionate
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Flexible availability
