Information Technology (IT) consultant Full Time

Duties:
– Collaborate with customers to understand and document requirements around migration from SAP ECC to S/4HANA
– Do fit-gap analysis of the requirements against features of MIGNOW automated migration tool of TopCorner
– Design the customizations needed to address the gaps
– Coordinate with MIGNOW technical team in Brazil for client configurations and customizations
– Plan and execute Quality Control for migrations
– Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
– Collaborate with Cloud Enablers like AWS or Azure to ensure smooth migration
– Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software and hardware
– Provide post implementation support to clients on an ongoing basis
– Support marketing and business development activities
– Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance policies

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree
– Proven experience as a Senior Consultant or similar role
– Industry experience in Banking/Financial, Agro-Business and Mining
– SAP certification in a functional area
– Knowledge of ABAP programming
– Strong SAP functional knowledge across multiple modules like Finance, HCM
– Prior experience working with MIGNOW technology in migration
– Deep understanding of Migration methodology and best practices
– Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure
– Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
