Job Description
We are an established English language private training institute, imparting teaching to mature students to train them for various English langauge proficiency tests, and need a capable Manager with the requisite skill set to join us.
Education: High school is the minimum needed and a College Diploma is considered an asset.
Experience: 1-2 years in similar field.
JOB Tasks:
To plan , organise, direct ,control & evaluate daily operations of the center,
Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff,
Plan and control budget and inventory,
Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies,
Hire, train and supervise teaching & assistant staff,
Address customers’ complaints or concerns,
Book appointments of students for the various language tests with recognised testing agencies /centers.
Schedule and co-ordinate staff working on site & remotely.
