Salary: $37.00/hourly, 32.5 hours/week

Overtime wage: $55.50/hour starting after 44 hours/week

Terms of employment:

Education:

College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience.

Experience:

Experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience.

Job Duties:

·      Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a restaurant

·      Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures

·      Recruit staff and oversee staff training

·      Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance

·      Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures

·      Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed

·      Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies

·      Negotiate arrangements with clients for catering or use of facilities
