Skills Requirements:

Education: Completion of secondary/high school graduation certificate

Work experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience as Retail Store Supervisor is required in a gas station/convenience store.

Job Duties:

·        Supervise and coordinate the activities of cashiers to ensure efficient and effective customer service

·        Assign duties to cashiers and prepare work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and seamless coverage during business hours

·        Address and resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages related to gas station services, convenience store products, and other business activities to ensure smooth operations.

·        Authorize payments and manage returns of merchandise to maintain customer satisfaction

·        Monitor inventory levels of gas, diesel, propane refill, snacks, beverages, slushies, ice cream, tobacco products and laundromart and order necessary supplies to keep the store well-stocked and meet customer demands.

·        Prepare and maintain reports on sales volumes, merchandising perfomance, and personnel matters to support store management in making informed decisions.

·        Hire, train, or arrange training for new staff, and monitor their performance to ensure high service standards

·        Maintain the visual standards of the store, including product displays, signage, and cleanliness, ensuring an appealing shopping environment for customers across all business activities.

·        Perform cashier duties when required to support the team and maintain consistent service.

·        Perform key-holding and managerial duties as needed, including opening and closing the store, handling escalated complaints, developing marketing strategies for various products and services, and overseeing deliveries related to business operations.

·        Oversee payroll administration

·        May perform other duties as required by business
