We are seeking a reliable and skilled Building Maintenance Technician / Superintendent to oversee the daily mechanical operations and structural preservation of our facilities. The ideal candidate will perform routine preventative maintenance, troubleshoot minor system failures, and ensure a safe, functional environment for all occupants
– supervise other employees
– perform minor repairs, install drywall, paint,
-complete preliminary inspections;
-coordinate clean ups, preparation of vacant units for rental
respond to emergencies like floods and or power outages
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Completion of secondary school (High School Diploma) is required.
Experience: Minimum of 7 months–1 years of experience in commercial or residential building maintenance.
Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on troubleshooting experience in plumbing, electrical circuitry, and HVAC components.
Physical Demands: Ability to lift heavy equipment, move furniture, and operate power tools safely.
