About the Opportunity
Chiang Mai Restaurant is seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage staff, and contribute to the continued success of our business.

Responsibilities
Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily restaurant operations
Recruit, train, supervise, and schedule staff
Monitor food quality and customer service standards
Manage budgets, inventory, and cost controls
Resolve customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Develop and implement operational procedures and policies
Coordinate marketing and promotional activities as needed
Qualifications
Education
College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years
Experience
2 years to less than 3 years of restaurant management or related experience
