General Responsibilities & Duties

·        Maintain accurate financial records for the business.

·        Use manual and computerized systems (Quickbooks) to keep books, post journal entries, and reconcile accounts.

·        Prepare payroll cheques and ensure payment for bills such as utilities, taxes, and other company expenses.

·        Complete necessary tax and government-related forms, including remittance and pension contribution forms.

·        Prepare tax returns and assist with personal bookkeeping tasks.

·        Compile and create various financial and accounting reports.

·        Perform bookkeeping duties to maintain accurate financial records for the business.

Requirements

College Diploma or Degree

Minimum 1 year work experience
