We are pleased to offer a permanent full-time position of Food Service Supervisor (NOC 62020) with Ngon Ngon Restaurant. The following are components of that offer:
1. Employment terms:
· Your position is full-time, from 35 to 40 hours per week (overtime as required)
· Your hourly rate will commence at $16.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly
· Your Overtime rate: 1.5 times per hour when exceeding 40 hours per week
· You are entitled to 3 weeks vacation per year and paid statutory holidays
2. Duties and responsibilities:
· Make sure all staff and facilites are trained and followed job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
· Supervise all staff in their works such as preparing, portioning and serving food
· Maintain quality of food and services
· Plan and create staff schedule
· Maintain records of suplies, stock and wastage
· Working with supplier for ordering all ingredients
· Take care all repairations in the restaurant
· Prepare budget and cost estimates
