Required skills: Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of food service staff responsible for preparing, portioning and serving food according to standards and customer orders (e.g., assembly of pitas, wraps, salads, sides), Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient shift operations and optimal coverage during peak periods, Train new and existing team members in job duties, food preparation methods, health and safety procedures, hygiene standards and Pita Pit service protocols, Supervise food preparation and service to ensure quality control, consistency of product, and compliance with Pita Pit specifications and customer expectations, Ensure compliance with sanitation, food safety and workplace health standards at all times, Address customer concerns, routine inquiries, and service issues in a professional manner to ensure exceptional guest experience, Prepare and submit reports, Hire food service staff, Prepare Budget and cost estimates
