child care provider-private home Full Time NEW

Job Title : Home child care provider.
Full time, permanent position, with wage of $20/hr , for min 30 hrs/wk, and statutory vacation & overtimepay of $30/ hr after 50 hrs / wk & relocation costs not covered. Education required: High school, with English language proficiency of at least CLB 4 -5 in IELTS / CELPIP or equivalent test.
Work Experience: 1-7 mths.
Work site: There’s no requirement to permanently live in our home, but you will provide care for child at our house. You maybe required to come on scheduled shifts and weekends, if needed.
Job Duties: Assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents
Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
Bathe, dress and feed infants and children
Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents
Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development
Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home
Organize, activities such as games and outings for children
Supervise and care for children, help child with homework if necessary.
