Ramada by Wyndham Hotel – Saskatoon, located at 806 Idylwyld Dr N, Saskatoon, SK S7L 0Z6 is seeking a Hotel Front Desk Agent to work full time 35-40 hours a week. The primary language at work is English. Wage is $16.75 per hour
General Responsibilities & Duties
Checking in and out guest, and assign rooms
Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments
Answering the switchboard and front desk internal phones
Posting charges to guest accounts
Blocking rooms for arrivals
Taking reservations
Relaying information to the appropriate departments
Assigning tasks and assisting fellow front desk staff
Customer relations and problem resolutions
Request for supplies and materials
Requirements

High School Diploma
Minimum 1 year related work experience
