Wage: 36.60 per hour for 35 hours a week

Job Requirements:
Languages
· English
Education
· Minimum: Secondary Education diploma and completion of rental property management licensing course
Experience
· At least 2 years to less than 3 years of work as Property manager or related field.
Duties:
· Management of a diverse group of properties in your portfolio.
· Problem solving, conflict resolution, communicative (verbal and written), and resourceful.
· Reviewing financials and producing budgets, as well as approving invoices.
· Following a maintenance schedule for your portfolio and dealing with projects in a timely manner.
· Attending meetings (evening meetings required), and completion of action items from the strata council.
· Maintaining good relations with the clients, contractors, vendors, and your team.
· Ability to work in a team and as an individual as required.
· Obtaining quotes, scheduling maintenance, and confirming the work has been completed.
· Responding to emails and phone calls in a timely manner. (72 hours or sooner)
· Providing customer service at the highest level.
· Inspecting properties (from time to time) to complete assessments and learn the building’s systems.
· Maintaining all records and schedules for the properties in your portfolio.
· Supporting other team members as required.
Work Settings:
· Property Management Companies
Certificate or License
· Strong knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Office, and Computers.
· Strong knowledge of the Strata Property Act, Rules and Regulations.
· Property Manager License (BCFSA)
