Oversee and implement administrative procedures, establish work priorities, conduct analyses of administrative operations and coordinate acquisition of administrative services such as office space, supplies and security services.
Tasks:
– Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures
– Establish work priorities, delegate work to office support staff, and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed
– Conduct analyses and oversee administrative operations related to budgeting
– Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
– Submits vendor invoices to management for approval
– Enters the daily finished goods production into the accounting system
– Files invoices in an unpaid file
– Answers incoming calls and questions from customers or suppliers
– Emails supporting documents to Canadian head office for billing
Job Requirements:
Processing administrative experience
Strong data/order entry, keyboarding 55 wpm
Excellent Excel skills to work with processing spreadsheets; ability to work with formulas and format sheets accordingly
Good oral and written communication skills
Excellent ability to plan, organize and prioritize with attention to detail and accuracy
Organized self-starter with proven ability to co-ordinate and effectively follow up on multiple projects and assignments and meet all deadlines
Proficient in computer software, such as inventory / traceability software, manufacturing software (GP Dynamics) and Microsoft Office
Salary: $28.59/hr
