Position Summary

“Light Duty Cleaner responsible for maintaining cleanliness of the employer’s office premises and assigned company-managed construction and project sites, including post-construction cleaning. The employee will report to the primary work location and may be required to travel to pre-assigned company project sites within the region under the direction of the employer.”

General Responsibilities & Duties

Perform cleaning and maintenance of the employer’s office premises
Carry out cleaning at company-managed construction and project sites, including post-construction clean-up
Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors
Remove dust, debris, and waste materials from work areas
Clean windows, walls, ceilings, and other surfaces
Vacuum carpets and clean interior spaces as required
Clean and disinfect washrooms, kitchen areas, and common spaces
Empty garbage containers and dispose of waste in designated areas
Restock cleaning supplies and maintain inventory as directed
Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times
Report maintenance or safety concerns to the employer
Requirements
