Job Duties
· Treate patients through the insertion of acupuncture needles and other stimulation techniques.
· Assess patients’ health conditions, such as minor injuries and muscle strains, and diagnose concerns based on traditional Chinese medicine principles.
Manipulate or apply pressure to various parts of the body, hands and feet
· Develop and implement individualize treatment plans according to patients’ conditions.
· Monitor, evaluate, and document patients’ symptoms, treatment responses, and progress.
· Provide health care advice and educate patients on treatment procedures, risks, benefits, and preventive care.
· Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation in accordance with professional standards.
· Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and instruments were properly sanitized and maintained in accordance with health and safety standards.

Education: College/CEGEP
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Certificates: Registration by the appropriate provincial or territorial authority for acupuncturists
