Job Title: Aide, Health Care (NOC: 33102)
Employer: Saint Francis Manor by the Sea
Location: 1128 Dallas Rd, Victoria, BC V8V 1B9
Wage: $28 per hour for 40 hours a week

English
Education
· Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience
At least 3 years to less than 5 years of work as a health care aide or related field.
Duties:
· Attend calls signals of the patients/residents promptly
· Assist the patients/residents with their daily living activities such as eating, showering, dressing and using the toilet
· Take and monitor the patients’ vital signs such as blood pressure and temperature and report on their conditions
· Perform other procedures as directed by nursing and hospital staff
· Transport and accompany patients on outside recreational activities and perform other duties related to patient care and comfort
· Make beds and tidy the patients’ rooms
· Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support.

· First Aide Certificate, CPR Certificate, Health care aide or related field
