Job Overview

Chicken Delight is seeking experienced Food Service Supervisors to oversee daily operations at its Winnipeg location. The role involves supervising staff, ensuring food quality and safety standards, and maintaining efficient kitchen and service operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish methods to meet work schedules.
• Supervise and coordinate staff activities in food preparation and portioning.
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Estimate ingredients and supplies needed for meal preparation.
• Ensure food and service meet quality control standards.
• Prepare budgets and cost estimates.
• Address customer complaints or concerns.
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
• Prepare and submit reports.
• Establish and monitor work schedules.

Education & Experience

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience.

Additional Information

Languages: English is required.
Work Setting: Fast food outlet or concession.
